Founder
Victor Garrido
Victor Garrido founded Nascent Community Services with a vision to create programs that strengthen families, support youth, and build more resilient communities. His leadership is rooted in service, access, and long-term community impact.
Business Strategist & Community Educator
Steve Paguay
Steve Paguay brings extensive experience in business strategy, financial literacy, and community-based support. He has helped reach more than a thousand businesses through nonprofit initiatives, supported hundreds more as an independent consultant, and delivered financial literacy workshops for domestic violence survivors to help them rebuild independence and confidence.
